Nice gecko. :) But did you know that leopard geckos are from rocky deserts? Some researchers say that sand has not anything to do with their natural enviroment. The never go to that substrate. Also sand can be very dangerous if swallowed.

once or twice a week? it's a few time, you have to feed him more... and sand as substrate could cause him intestinal occlusions...

Yeah, because we woke him up, so he was still sleepy. They are nocturnal creatures, but I love watchin him eat so we woke him up at like 3pm!

It's my friend's gecko, but I am pretty sure he eats once or twice a week.
