Have used both.... but at mo 12 volt hear pump from ebay . 40 psi about right for oil pressure. Have look on diygt.org site link on there to help group
12 volt bosch fuel pump is plenty good, or a metal geared pump from ebay, not cheap but well worth spending money on a good one as so much depends on the oil pump
So are you using the fuel pump or an ebay thing? How much psi does your turbo need? I'm guessing at least 40psi is what any turbo jet needs? Thanks

@Migillicuty420a Sorry how much oil pressure does your turbo need at full throttel?? I imagine its spinning faster than when its on an engine right?
