  • nice vid, but...shouldnt his ass stay lower than his shoulders? i know this is just a workout and not the actual scrum but couldnt this influence his future position in a bad way?

  • @SergeInho You are correct in what you are saying. The optimum position is to keep the back and shins parallel with the floor. This won't however influence his future position - the equipment is not designed for scrummaging, think of it as a sideways squat. It is used to enhance and develop the strength and power in the triple extension movement in a safer way than conventional methods.
