This is cutting edge. Within "mainstream medicine" only a small handful of endocrinologists have begun looking at the whole body connection through the complexity of hormones and body chemistry.

    The message here is huge.

The challenge - once you are diagnosed with high cholesterol - is finding a practitioner who will go the course with you to figure out what it's signalling.

The practical solution, I think, is to not get there, by maintaining proper nutrition and a sane lifestyle.

  • Heh they're advertising shredded wheat cereal and margarine on your video. Yup food for good health right there.

I like this video since it adds another side to the cholesterol story. This is even more reason why "high cholesterol" should never be addressed with statins or a low fat diet, It's usually a symptom of a bigger problem or even genetic some of the time, and unless it's dislipidemia (which doesn't just mean high LDL) then people should get lab tests to figure it out.

  • @StabbyRaccoon

I mean if it is dislipidemia than they should get tests. if it's not then leave it.

  • where's the audio?

  • @paxhong oh...there it goes lol
