Effin Ay, DAM I miss 'MST3K' and Sci-Fi's 'Caption THIS!' My son & I were such fans. *sniff* DAMN you Sci-Fi bestids, why'd you have to take that away from us. Best caps ever were to Star Trek. I still have a couple of posts saved on my hard drive somewhere.
Does anyone remember the SciFi bumper that had the woman vacuuming, and it said on the screen: "Aunt Roid? (or something close to that) Or Android Ever wonder?" Does anyone have that?
This was at the time, Just like USA Networks, when they've shown really good scary movies when I was a kid back in the day and not movies that were extremely and laughably bad (well, except for Mystery Science Theater 3000 lol). Child's play movies, Halloween movies, A nightmare on elm street movies, and etc. were the good scary movies shown on Sci-Fi on every Halloween season back then :)
Anyone remember the Sci Fi bumper promo that featured like..Geese flying across the sky, and the giant Saturn was in the background..it was really creepy
Again it reminds me of the good ol' days of MST3K and playing Caption This! over at Sci-Fi's site on the weekends. CT was innovative for its day. It makes other caption games online look boring in comparison. I need a new live screencap refreshed every 10 minutes!
Back Then, Sci fi was not just a piece of poo.
Now, Syfy Is just a piece of poo.
In the future, Syfy will turn back into Sci-fi, and won't be a piece of poo anymore.

Promos like this one gave the Sci-Fi Channel "character"
.
Now it feels no different from TNT or USA or the hundreds of other cable channels. It's cookie cutter style and boring.

Almost a spooky appeal here. I would watch 'Wonder Woman' , SMDM and 'Hulkie', too.
