The techniques you mention are correct, but you don't bring the actual reason across very well or accurately.
Yes, grip the tanks with your legs so all your arms need to do is steer. Yes, shift your body into the turns so that the COG leans into the turn. You want to keep the bike itself as upright as possible so the tyre can grip at its best; if you don't lean, the bike will.

Say can you demanstrate the bounching when you ride your motorcycle on the road or is that to much to ask for.

Simple video but very useful.
Some people may find this obvious and basic but it's a good reminder and useful to people who do not incorporate these basic skills.
