I'm afraid there isn't a way to downgrade the files in such a way that you can see the features. You could export step files, but no features will come across.
One other thought, (although a bit MacGyver), would be to export a step file from 2011, open it in 2010, and use the feature recognition tools off of Autodesk Labs to recognize the tools.
