  • Hi Helen! I was wondering about the missing fiber in your diet and does that affect the detox at all? I really want to try juice feasting but I saw an article online about the fiber and now i'm scared to try.

  • Since you are only consuming fruits and vegetables and not much protein is it hard to maintain muscle mass because this idea intrigues me but I would also like to tone up a bit
