It's a lot louder, the R8 isn't really a quiet car but has a much more civilized growl , more muffled . This CS on the other hand sounds like it's straight from hell .

I think the Challenge Stradale is one of the best sounding cars ever made and it has dropped to a price that is has also become one of the best car for the price as well. If i had the extra money I would have one in my garage right now. Great video. +1

This car is about 10 years old. It hat less hp than the 430 and the 458. But it is the best sounding Ferrari V8 since the F40. Only car with such a, as Jorrik exactly headlined, "brutal" sound would be the FXX, but for it you have to spend about 2Million €...

Don't get me wrong i really like Porsche, but there seems to be something missing about the sound it creates. Compare them to the Ferrari or Lamborghini, it just seems to sound like a timid little calf compared to the beasts. When that GT2 accelerated after the 360 stradale it just didn't really impress me.

@ferrariguy357 Well I wasn't talking about any particular one - just generally new Ferraris do sound almost like normal cars, only more racy and louder. Not a deep roar like in Vantage or shouting sound like in a Gallardo... I'm not saying it's EXACTLY like Civic, but same type of sound. I can't paste the link here, so I sent you a private message with an example.

And unfortunately I've only seen one 360 CS in my life, so I have to watch videos to make a opinion about the sound, right? :)
