Supercharger is the way to go. Massive low-end torque and ~450-500bhp in a car the size of a shoebox is pretty bad-ass, no need for laggy turbos to get to that > 9000bhp at 7000+rpm

Agree!! Its rapid as fuck and I love the performance but I'm not keen on the black alloys & the stickers business. Would look much neater and probably younger if it were glossy jet black with lightly tinted windows & a set of simple, white 5 spoke OZ or Ottenberg. The car was recently sold via the V6 owners club and I believe its currently being turned into a rally car.

The low-level wining noise is the gearbox differential.

The high-level wining noise is the loose supercharger belt.

The pressurised searing on that pre-empts the gear change in places is a Motec option for optimum gear shift timing.

The car, as seen in this rather old video now, is a supercharged MK1 V6 Clio with a Sadev sequential 6 speed gearbox and a Motec M800 Engine management system - to name just a few of the modifications which in total cost around 50K. However, the Rotrex supercharger was later replaced with a custom-made Garrett GT 3076 Turbo producing up to 500BHP with a 0-100MPH time of around 8 seconds.
