I think its a great show personally. My husband and his sister are adopted. My sister in law is of a different race than of the rest of the family. I think this is a WONDERFUL concept to teach children about adoption, especially when adopting a child of a different race.

He likes it because, and these are his EXACT words, "it's one of the few shows that isn't inappropriate and doesn't have gross stuff, that's why I like it!" It's sad that PBS is one of the few channels left that has good shows for children. And, personally, I can watch it with him without becoming aggravated, like with Dora. And Buddy found what he thought was a weird shaped rock. His Dad corrected him and said it was actually a piece of poop.
