China has no (or little) personal income, capital gain, and real estate taxes. Cooperate tax is 25% compare to 33% of US. No sells tax may I add. That's why our manufacturing industry is not doing well. My brother just converted some Dollar dominated assets into Yuan - knowing the value of Yuan can only go up because of US pressure. Did he just help the Chinese?
