  • just did this one today. maaaaan, I'm exhausted. felt just like Peter did there by the end of the video. but I liked it, although it took me more than 15 minutes - got a static job, don't do that much of excercise. but I think I will keep doing this workout everyday. will see how I succeed over time. thanx, by the way.

  • @pl225 you do as many as you can in 30 seconds for each excerise and move onto the next one with no rest, then you take a 30 seconds at the end of the circuit.

  • Huh just finished the workout, its pretty awesome ,I really enjoyed those pushups it was fun to me. I dont know about others but I feel better now, so I recommend it to everyone!!

  • @Yedinaak Do each exercise for 30 seconds. Do all 4 straigh after each other and then take a break for 30 to 60 second break. Repeat 5 times. Enjoy!

    I have question while im doing the 2nd exercise i feel that my hip dislocated from my hip joint and giving a noise

  • @wparchive The abs Exercise? If so, just replace it with normal crunches. The great thing is that there are always many different exercises that can work the same muscles. So if you ever feel something is not working for you or causing pain, just try something that DOES work for you.
