The "hast" (have) part is a german wordplay on "haste" (hate)

The worldplay doesnt really make sense in another language because of the pronunciation but in german its quite clever actually.

The lyrics would sound like you are singing "You have" as well as "You hate"

Its difficult to understand in another language to people but think of the word "stalk" it could mean a plant stalk, or to stalk a person. :)

Dangerous Song. Did a burn out to this song once in my 300ZX. Gas pedal got stuck under my heavy floor mat. Wheels just spinning to this song. Ended up going into full spins in the middle of the road. Almost hit a Mercedes bens and then went off road over a curb at a telepone pole. Just before I hit it I turned the car off at the key. Restarted the car, backed up and left quickly. 10 days suspension because it was in front of my High School!!!!!!!! Thanks Guys!!! LOL

I originally bought The Matrix soundtrack for Rob Zombie's Remix of Dragula but I saw Rammstein's "Du Hast" on there and gave it a few spins. Been an RS fan since, in fact I made a page about RS for my final on web design. Too bad this song wasn't in the movie.
