You should take your complaint up with the venue management. nothing will be done if you don't complain to the right person. The Attic Lights gig was fine in that respect.

ABC treats its customers very badly. At the Alkaline Trio gig on Tue 10 Feb, a security guard climbed onto the railings at the front and stood there for most of the night, blocking the view of most of the fans. Upon complaining I was told I should have "stood somewhere else". Appalling, I won't be back.
