Any check ending since the VIAS block off plate?

@concujak If you delete the VIAS butterfly valve, keep the solenoid in place and just cap off the vacuum line, you won't get any CEL. However, if you remove the solenoid, then you will get a CEL. I kept the solenoid in place and don't have any CEL.
