i did it with a B-747-400 in FlightSimX... no overstress msgs and the plane answered well... but i don't think so in real life ...

Were you using the Captain Sim 707?

you need to use all inputs like a rudder, aileron and elevator to execute this co-ordinated so that it the aircraft remains at 1G. Flight Sim is not accurate.

This is a 1G manoeuvre, so the wings were not stressed at all.
