I dunno if Tom Baker would actually do such a thing as that (I really don't know :)) but I do know that this is from the Tom Baker Says website which takes his text message voice he recorded a while back and makes it into songs and wierd sayings. If he did sing, I'm sure he'd be a little less...deadpan...
