@EnjukuRacing70 I haven't been affiliated with SSA for about 2 years now. They switched owners and I have recently sold the car and have moved on to a BMW 135i. But to answer your questions, no I didn't install the kit by myself and yes you can change the boost, depending on how good of a tune you have.

Are you thinking of spur cut gears with synchro engagement? or full-on dogbox with no synchros? hahah in case you couldn't tell I'm intrigued as to this car's limits / aftermarket support ( in terms of gearbox) as i want to do it to my own one day...

how did that a/w work out for you on the street? did you deal with a lot of heatsoak? how big of a res were you using? what pump? bosch?

im almost done with my a/w on my s2k.. nice to see another car using an a/w setup.. good job.

keep us updated about the health of your trans...I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in seeing how much abuse it can take before failure...and what part breaks first.

How are you able to run 14-15 psi on the stock 11:1 motor? Race gas?

@gsl5003 the trans is holding up great, haven't had any problems at all in the last 7-8 months.but part of that has to do with no traction, the wheel spin is what really saves this car's trans sometimes. on that note, we are getting boost by gear soon on this car. so expect a new gearset also in the near future

No, the top speed comes by the Gearbox.

Turbo increses the time, you get to the top speed.

actually, it can. but, u need to do a lot of other upgrades as well including a stronger gearbox and clutch.
