Probably one of the worst aftermarket exhaust setup I've heard for a termi, but, people forget the fact - it's still a termi. Badass car, just uh not too fond of the exhaust, but I suppose it's better than stock.

i would highly recomend getting corsa exhaust... get the black sound level... its really loud and sounds a lot like slp but when you are just cruzing like freeway or something its very quiet... so if you see a cop put it in a high gear and your safe lol.

Yes they stoped makin the 5.0 in 1995 BUT..they havent been using the DOHC ever since, 4.6 cobras (and cobra R) in 1996 and up are DOHC, 4.6gt's 1996-present are SOHC, and the mach 1 came with a DOHC..thats it

true...however, i was referring to the 1995 cobra which used the 5.0 motor which was then switched to the DOHC 4.6 cobra from 1996-2004...since this car is a cobra i figured the question was referring to a cobra motor...but yes gts from 96-04 used sohc 16 valve motors where as 2005-present use sohc 24 valve motors

not everyone can afford the insurance on a v8, SOME OF US have 7 points on our DMV record... my insurance on my v6 stang when i first got it was $338/mo for full coverage on a V6!! and thats with the multi-car discount cuz of my Ranger. besides a GT is more expensive.... i personally would never buy a plain old GT, V6 yes, Cobra yes, roush yes, saleen yes, shelby yes, but a stock GT i dont think its worth it... if you want gas mileage get a V6, if u want power get a Cobra or Roush or Saleen.

well ill tell you why its better to get a higher end mustang rather then a GT.... sure you can make a GT as powerful and fast a as a cobra or roush or saleen but say you buy a 2006 Roush rather then a 2006 GT... 10 years from now which one do you think will have lost more value? the Roush will hold its value WAY BETTER then a plain GT because Roush/Saleen/Shelby are limited, there are a million GT's on the road. and SHELBYS, 20 years from now will be worth MORE they they cost to buy right now.
