Demon's Souls is hard and yet it's also easy. If you approach the game as you would Batman Arkham City, as an example, you are going to die at lot. In this game you have to know what you're fighting, the best way to fight it, how to dodge, parry, and monitor your stamina. The game requires more from a player than most games do. Think about what you have to do and how you should do it before making the attempt. If you play smart you will die less.

@Bobstew68 no not yet. thats why i got this cause i liked what that one looked like. just outta curiosity i just got through the first part of boletarian palace or whatever (after 6 fucking hours) but now i cant find an effective way to level up and get souls so i can stand a chance against everything else in the other worlds and other players keep invading my world and killing me. so...can you help? im guessing i need to up my stats and weapons? but if i cant even fight the new monsters...

@randomisraelite i mean once u find a good weapon, just farm and upgrade it to +4 or higher. i farmed in 1-1 went to 4-1 found an awesome sword and upgraded went back to 2 then from there did the first sections of each world. eventually got confident did 1-2 and so on, i spent my souls before i explored new areas, so dying wasnt so heartbreakinhg.

@randomisraelite oooo wow...i played offline, it wasnt even my ps3 , i guess that part of ds is iffy, never knew u cud get invaded by over powered phantoms. dark souls has only players of ur soul level range invade. but really u cud go offline for a little, but other than that if u dnt want to, u cud farm at 1-1 . ultimately the enemies dont get that strong in the first portions of worlds until shrine of storms(the skeleton place). u can get thru 2-1 no problem really, just gota tread carefully
