  • Club for Growth is nothing but another arm of right wing corporate propaganda.

  • Huckabee cut taxes 94 TIMES as governor.

He is a conservative and one of the best governors in America.

  • Republicans love to let people smear them and then join forces with the same folks to go smear others. Huckabee just let Stephen Moore from United For Growth on his show tonight, with Joe the Plumber, to mislead people about Obama's tax plan. It's kind of similar to McCain using the same robocall group that smeared him in 2000 to smear Obama. By the way, Joe the Plumber made 40,000 dollars last year. He's going to have his taxes cut under Obama, but they didn't mention that on the show.

  • CFG was paid $550,000 by Mitt Supporters to distort and smear his record. This video has been clipped to distort what Huckabee said and it is disgraceful that organizations are allowed to do this type of thing for money. Just another part of Washington that needs to be stoipped by Governor Huckabee.

  • club4growth is funded by Mitt Romney

  • this is so utterly fucking stupid, Huckabee supports the FAIRTAX, which takes all of these AWAY.

  • Club4growth = Romney money

  • Take a peek at Huckabee's Detroit Economic Club speech! It's worth your time!

  • Fred just proved his Presidential qualities in the last debate! He's intelligent, humorous, serious, determined, articulate, sincere and far more Conservative (qualified) than the others. He totally kicked Huckabooty!

The extent of Huckabee's foreign policy experience is breakfast at an International House of Pancakes....

It's just beginning.....47 States to go!!

    GO FRED!

  • They completely took this out of context. You don't know WHAT he was talking about. He was NOT listing all the taxes he's going to raise, he was naming different options. This is probably for when the Arkansaw people VOTED to have their taxes raised because they wanted to repair their roads.

  • He wants a 23% tax on consumption. What Americans don't realize is most of us are in the 10-15% bracket. Add 23% on everything you consume then add up state and local taxes. 30-40% tax. Nice...People are ignorant sheep. Big taxes with no social benefit. SHEEP!!!!!!!!!!

  • It's a 23% INCLUSIVE TAX, that means it is 23% when backed out of the final price! Example, $100 item, plus Hucks tax of $30 = $130.00, $30.00 divided by $130.00 = 23%, IT IS REALLY A 30% TAX! This just shows how slick he thinks he is!

  • Critics really don't understand the FairTax.

Prices would drop because the "hidden tax" you pay on everything will be gone. The hidden tax is the tax on corporations and everything else on the entire line of production.

Detailed analysis by economists show that EVERY income bracket is better off after only a few years.

  • Ok, you think what you would like. I just took a college course on taxes. The consumption tax was discussed at length.

  • Is the consumption tax the same as the FairTax? No, primarily because of the prebate provision.

Moreover, it is very condescending of you to call people SHEEP. It doesn't help your argument.

  • All this Gomer Pyle moron did was raise taxes and pardon rapists, how in the world did he even get here, he has NO BUSINESS running for President, at least not as a Republican! Go be Hillarys VP Hike Taxabee!

  • Big Government = Socialism = un-American

  • Ian't there a gospel song that goes...

Taxing for Jesus, taxing for Jesus da da da da da?

    Mike Dotaxalotabee!

These theocratic morons won't be happy until they have us living once again in the Dark Ages... ahhhhh... how they long for the good old days of the Inquisition! Torture, rape, mayhem, fear as thick as a morning fog along a river.

  • From the looks of him, he must have implemented an all-you-can-eat buffet tax. So, I guess his ideas weren't all bad.

  • I prefer "Huckabeelzebub"

  • dear club for growth...Run this ad in New Hampshire!!

  • The government knows no bounds on "Thou shalt not steal."

  • I love taxes, I'm fine with allowing the government to spend my whole paycheck on illegal wars, if they want to kill innocent women and children with my hard earned money I totally support that too. Again the government can just own me and take me to the cleaners I am fine with that. baaaaaah baaaaaah

  • Bahahahaha.... Oh huckajesus... you are just too much. (too much tax!)

  • huckabee is a bill clinton style tax and spend democrat who uses religion. he also looks like

GOMER PYLE. he is a liar and he has a real sadistic streak. for a Christian he is not real humble the way he flaunts is and a Christian who supports war. I THOUGHT JESUS WAS A MAN OF PEACE.

  • "Huck" isn't conservative. I respect the fact that he was a pastor, but that doesn't mean you're conservative either.

Sucks that Ron Paul likely won't win. He's the only real conservative I've seen in years.

  • Kristo-fascist for Huckafraud!

    Huckafraud [DOT] com

  • Huckabee's response: But I'm a CHRISTIAN!!!

  • George Stephanopolous' Response: No you're not!

  • Hey, if you guys go socialist, can we call you "Soviet Amerikastain"?

  • The Huckster is "compassionate conservatism" squared. He thinks that an ever-expanding and more intrusive socialist state and illegal immigration are Christian. If you like George W, then you will luuuuv Huckabee go to taxhikemike . org

  • How come he says "lets hike taxes" instead of "lets cut spending"????

  • "In a hundred and sixty years in Arkansas , we'd never really had a broad-based, wide-spread tax cut. I was able to sign the first ever. The economic policies that we did in my state, cutting taxes, streamlining government, resulted in the largest number of job creations. I cut taxes over 90 times. Balanced the budget every year I was governor. Left a surplus of nearly a billion dollars, and did it in the face of an overwhelmingly Democratic legislature. That's a pretty good record." - Huckabee

  • Oh, good. So he's not just a fiscal liberal, he's also blatantly dishonest. A true Christian, this man.

    From CFG:

These "94 tax cuts" include such minor tweaks as exempting residential lawn care from the sales tax, reducing taxes on bets made at Southland Greyhound Park, and exempting Arkansas Symphony Orchestra purchases from the sales tax.

  • if you believe what the club for greed is paid to say, you would make a great liberal. do you want to buy some ocean-front property from me in nevada?

  • Believe what they are paid to say??? Uh, I just heard with my own ears what Da Huckster says! And he is a TAX AND SPEND LIBERAL! I could care less what some club says, I've heard from Hike Taxabee HIMSELF!

  • did you hear what he said b4 and after this selective clip? huck want to eliminate all income tax, all payroll tax, all investment and savings tax, all capital gains tax. dont be a stooge.

  • *Immediately upon taking office, Governor Huckabee signed a sales tax hike in 1996.

*He supported an internet sales tax in 2001.

*He publicly opposed the repeal of a sales tax on groceries and medicine in 2002.

*He signed bills raising taxes on gasoline, cigarettes, and a $5.25 per day bed-tax on private nursing home patients.

  • *He proposed another sales take hike in 2002 to fund education improvements.

*He opposed a congressional measure to ban internet taxes in 2003.

*In 2004, he allowed a 17% sales tax increase to become law.

  • The America our Constitution created costs very little. What we're paying for now is a socialist republic. That's not America.

  • Oh, get real.

If you like your income stolen from you by Mike Huckabee, congratulations! Hand over your income now and with a smile. However, many of us won't stand for having our money stolen from us by "Mr. Compassionate" Mike Huckabee.

Didn't your God command you not to steal?

  • Amen to that Gene! :D

  • Let's prey.

  • The Dems have a lot of dirt on Huckabee they haven't released yet. Huckabee/McCain is Hillary Clinton's dream opponent.

  • FeebulMinded -- You are right. Huckabee is their dream opponent.

ONLY Ron Paul has the broad support necessary to win a general election.

If the GOP does not nominate Ron Paul, they will get a Democrat in the Oval Office. Period. Nobody wants another four years of Bush and that's what all of the other GOP nominees are offering.

Vote Ron Paul for sensible change.

  • This organization is well funded by Mitt Romney among others. I expected them to attack Huckabee before now. They misrepresent the truth JUST LIKE MITT!

  • monkeyshines4T -- The truth is that Mike Huckabee has been investigated for ethics violations many times, including an ongoing investigation. He destroyed evidence. He made Judicial Watch's list of the top ten most corrupt politicians. (So did Rudy Giuliani.) He is a tax and spend, big government, liberal. Bush x 2.

  • I am surprised that Club for Growth doesn't feel the need to be honest in their presentations. They demonstrate just how badly we need people of high moral standards in the public arena. They need to be more like Mike!

  • Whatever....All those quotes were taken out of context...Income taxes were the same in Arkansas when Huckabee took office and when he left office. He also turned a a $200 million deficit into a $850 million surplus!!!!

Now that's a guy I want as our president!!!!

  • I'm so saddened that we have groups such as club for growth in America that use lies to distort our great democratic process. It casts such a slur on our nation. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

  • Don't worry Mike, we see right through the dirty games these people are playing. Mike Huckabee for President - the only candidate with great character, great virtue and integrity! Go Mike Huckabee!

  • "club for growth" KNOWS this was taken OUT OF CONTEXT. Show the WHOLE TAPE liars.

Mike HAD to get the Legislature to put SOME KIND OF BUDGET BILL TOGETHER. The DEMOCRATIC LEGISLATURE was playing politics to make Mike (a REPUBLICAN) look bad. That is ALL IT WAS.

The "club for growth" KNOWS THIS but lies anyway. Shame, shame, shame.

  • Just the country club taking pot shots at the working stiffs of the Republican party again!

  • Seems to me that it is to everyone's benefit that we have a President who is knowledgeable, rational, consistent, well educated (especially in law, science, and economics), and honest. Suggest anyone read the Wikipedia articles on Ron Paul and on Mike Huckabee, and decide which you think best fits that description. Seems REAL CLEAR when you study the histories, education, experiences, and words of each man.

  • Mike Huckabee recently said he could support any of the Republican Presidential contenders (including Rudy Giuliani), except Ron Paul. That means, Mike Huckabee would rather support a pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage, pro-gun control liberal such as Giuliani than support the pro-life, pro-traditional marriage, pro-Second Amendment candidacy of Ron Paul. Why is that?

  • What do we expect for a politician? That's the one thing Ron Paul is not! That's why he is magnetizing the true remnant to his cause. It's beautiful - We could actually heal this nation if we can just WAKE UP more of the sheeple. A universal paradigm shift is taking place. Ron Paul 2008 for Peace, Liberty & Prosperity!

  • that is pretty obvious, because RP wants to pull troops from all over the world. This would be a very stupid move and would set us up for more 9/11's. Wake up people! Have you studied Islam? This isn't about leaving them alone and they will go away, don't be so naive.

  • RP is a zealot....

He doesn't want what's best for the country, he wants what's best for the economy!!!!

  • The Club for Growth are some of the smartest people in politics. Those who wish to take shots at the CFG because they "represent the rich" need to ask themselves, "who creates jobs?" I don't recall ever get a job from a poor man. Huckabee's crazy tax schemes would ensure that we are all equally poor, making liberals and RINOs very happy I'm sure.

  • XML parse request call to all bots, spiders, trojan horses and malware

Debug, Recompile and Deploy RON PAUL President!

Post votes via biological peripherals on Election Day.

  • Mike Huckabee doesn't have a theology degree!!

Then, why did he tell CBN the people at the debate he had one?

    Why did he raise taxes?

Why did he push so hard to get serial rapist Wayne Dumond released from prison so Dumond could go out and murder?

Because he should be your next president, that's why! Vote Mike Huckabee in 2008 for Lies, Taxes and Murder!!

  • Ever thought about how similar Huckabelly and Hillary are?

Both support long term occupation of Iraq

Both support the largest teachers union

    Both oppose school choice

    Both tax and spend

    Both encourage illegals

Both ready to sell NAFTA highways to foreign corps

    Both names start with H

Why not just go with an real enemy than a pretend friend?

  • United Club for Growth is for the filty rich and all the corporate stuff. Do you really think they could relate to your average American??

  • Ron Paul will get rid of the income tax and replace it with nothing. He can do this by getting rid of ridiculous government spending. Ron Paul Revolution!

  • Worst GOP candidate on Immigration

    Worst GOP candidate on taxes

Worst GOP candidate on pardoning criminals

    Best impersonation of Jimmy Carter

  • Pardoner in Chief!!

  • Huckabee should move his Zionist ass to Israel.

  • Huckabee is a descent guy who is willing to work with other people to find pragmatic solutions. The fiscal problems of Arkansas are not the same as that of the nation. Huckabee has made is conservative principles clear. Conservative "purity" means nothing if you can't work with those on all sides of the aisle. Huckabee has a proven record here as a pragmatic problem solver. Go Huckabee and ignore the "Cult for Greed".

  • Rofl Huckabee is just downright fruitcup. He rides on being a so-called Christian (extremely pro-death penalty, how is that a Christian value?). He got laughs at the YouTube debate by avoiding a death penalty question with an irrelevant joke and is now high in the polls. Please.

  • Once upon a time he was Huckabelly. Big as Al Gore and about as conservative.

Now he's Huckstick, you know what that rhymes with.

He's atool. Jimmy Carter, only dumber.

  • Fat?

  • He's a good man with a strong moral compass, but he seems to lack the guiding principles of governing. Too much like Jimmy Carter.

  • I just don't trust this guy. I've read too many things about him usurping money and abusing authority that confirm my suspicions. My experience has been those who proclaim their faith the loudest have the most to hide.

  • Ron Paul! The only candidate who will be "physically conservative."

  • Huckaboom is about to become Huckabust!

Jimmy Carter + Bill Clinton = Mike Huckabee

    The Theory of Huckativity

    Google Huckativity

  • You guys are mean to Paster Mike!

  • Pastors don't usually lie and pander like this clown, when he starts acting like a pastor, maybe........

  • Pastor Mike released more than one rapist

  • What this illustrates is that when faced with the question of reducing spending or raising taxes to balance a budget, that Huckabee will turn to raising taxes and not tackle wasteful or unconstitutional spending. I'll look for a candidate that supports a return to Constitutional government and cutting spending.

  • I couldn't agree more with HurricaneBruiser on this point. I find it shocking that Huckabee wouldn't stand firm on fiscal conservative principles and demand a reduction in spending, elimination of non-essential programs, etc. There is NO WAY I'll support Huckabee w/ his current mindset. I think Huck is an honest person through and through, but simply misguided.

  • Huckabee can't run on his record as governor, so he is running on his religion...that man is SICK, IMHO.

  • I'm so glad the truth is getting out about Mike Huckabee. His fiscal record is abysmal.

  • check out his site and click on the truth squad. The makers of this negative ad lose if the fair tax is implemented. What would they have to do if their is no IRS?

  • It's easy to campassionate with other people's money Mr. Huckabee.

  • This is funny

  • We don't need another liar in the White House.

    SUPPORT RON PAUL on 12/16.

  • And, in case you think FairTax is just a domestic matter, sniprDAHTcomSLLASSHfthuckabeeonirs

  • How would you like a real flat tax? Like 0%.

Check out Ron Paul. That's the only true fair tax.

  • Ah, yes, the good old "Fair Tax." It's all about fairness, just like the Patriot Act is all about patriotism.

    Google "Fair Tax" and "factcheck(.)org":

"We found that while there are several good economic arguments for the FairTax, unless you earn more than $200,000 per year, fairness is not one of them."

  • FactCheck org didn't check their facts very well, and despite repeated attempts by FairTax org to get them to correct the record, they refused. See under "Rebuttals" at fairtax org.

  • Well of course fairtax(.)org will issue a rebuttal against a negative article. They have a couple of valid points, though. Regardless, the Fair Tax is revenue-neutral and even if it's implemented there's no guarantee that the Federal Government won't reissue the income tax later on (once they "need" more money) in addition to the Fair Tax that allegedly replaced it. The point is that we should reduce government's wasteful spending, and cut out the income tax altogether.

  • FairTax is key to getting rid of hidden taxes, and making the tax load truly visible. Only then will the citizens be able to adequately respond to any further grab from their federal representatives. The prospect of this is intolerable to those who love to utter, "Speak truth to Power." Play podcast at snipr DOT com SLASS meltdowninprogress

  • I can't tell if this is satire or not.

  • Look at his profile. Sadly, he's serious. :(

  • Huckabee: the sanctimony of Carter, the moral ambiguity of Bill Clinton, the lust for power of Hillary Clinton, and the fiscal irresponsibility of Bush all in one!

  • If you listen to Huck's voice, you can tell that he is trying to reason with the Dems otherwise the state will go into financial disaray due to federal court order. CLUB FOR GREED

  • This guy wanted to put everyone who had aids in groups and separate them from society in 1992. He also wanted to cut funding to understand aids in 1994. WTF!!!!!

  • Mike Huckabee only raised taxes because he had to, he won't raise taxes on us unless he has to.

  • LOL...you FAIL

  • Whew, now I'm reassured.

Thanks but no thanks, I've had enough of the Nanny State for now.

  • what a lard ass....lol

  • Oh, come on. He loves Mr. Jesus. He'd have to be a good prezudant. It's the rules. I learnt it in the damn Bible.

  • Huckabee is a conservitive?????????????????

  • If you want your family to die a slow painful death from a neocon induced nuclear winter then Huckabee is your man. This guy is a dumb as a box of rocks and more of a fake relgious nutjob than Bush.

  • how could anyone that dumb finish a 4 year college course in 2 years while working 2 jobs? someone needs to do some checking before they mouth off.

  • Arkansas was in a fiscal crisis in 2003. States cannot run deficits....Club for Growth is moronic.

  • Club for Growth does their homework.... they don't call him Tax Hike Mike for nothing

  • That's the Huckabee I know!!! It's about time someone did this. Huckabee raised taxes on us over and over again, hurting our economy. We don't need this nationally.

  • read the fairtax. educate yourself.

  • I'm not so sure its so fair. The question really is why do we need all these taxes? Do you believe the Government has absolute right to tax your body through labor?

  • the constitution mandates that all taxes levied by government shall be of a voluntary nature. the 16th amend. is(income tax) is therefore illegal and should be repealed. revenue is needed to accomplish "legitmate" rolls of gov. the fairtax is the most widely researched reform bill that was created by worlds leading economists

  • I have studied the Constitution pretty well, but I don't recall there being voluntary taxes, unless you mean excise/import/export taxes. My question is then, if the Income tax is illegal why should we replace it? Why do we need the tax on labor to begin with? Also, what exactly is the fairtax?

  • the club for growth will edit video to make anyone look bad if they are paid enough. they are "dishonesty for hire", "mercenaries of the media". they know their characterizations are not true, but it makes them rich. the C.F.G. would sell national secrets to anyone with millions of dollars.

  • Vote for 0 income tax.

    Vote in your primary.

    google Ron Paul.

    ronpaul2008 com

  • Club For Growth is not some n00b PAC. They are a very well respected PAC that fights to keep taxes low. Everyone knows who they are and knows that they do not simply make stuff up or misconstrue stuff for their own agenda. If they are worried about someone raising taxes, anyone who cares about paying higher taxes should be worried too.

  • maybe respected by the country club republicans, but not by real Conservative!

  • sounds like someone is on the payroll. "Everyone knows who they are and knows that they do not simply make stuff up" what a joke! most ppl dont know that the CFG gets millions to attack candidates that arent part of the establishment. huckabee wants to eliminate the IRS. these ppl dont even know who huck is; they cant understand whats happening from their ivory tower.

  • They don't call him Tax Hike Mike for Nothing

  • Yes... Paul's supporter indeed do him a major disservice... plastering thier 4 letter word laced endorsements all over the Internet... Paul has a lot of great supporters... but we only seem to hear from the vocal ones and they are whacked... reduced to giving thumbs down reviews to other peoples' comments. That won't get your guy elected will it?

  • I don't know about the thumbs up or down, but I am interested, as a Paul supporter, what we can do to help you better understand his positions and perhaps support him at some point? Yes I agree that cursing out each other won't do anyone service, but don't let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch. We love everyone and welcome them onboard.

  • In Arkansas, people really support Governor Huckabee because he was a great governor who was very good for the people. A few days ago, Rasmussen polled Arkansas specifically. In a head-to-head, Huckabee wins big over Hillary, but she beats all other GOP candidates. ARKANSAS HAS SPOKEN! Club For Greed has lied!

  • The budget had been cut 11% and the supreme court had ordered massive school funding. The government was going to shut down within days. The short-term solution was some kind of a tax package. After 2 years, Governor Huckabee won repeal of many of the taxes. Overall, he cut taxes 94 times. At the end of his 10.5 years, the tax burden had increased only slightly but roads and schools had improved dramatically. Club For Greed has a hidden agenda and vendetta. Don't believe their deceit.

  • This video is just another example of Country Club Republican Greed, spreading its lies and spam so they can stay in power!

  • So that's what he means by "different kind of conservative". One that raises lots of taxes.

  • Great spot... and it actually leaves out another very important strike against the Huckster... not only was he raising all these taxes... he was also increased spending... more than three times the rate of inflation... sounds like Tax & Spend to me!

  • That rape story is appallling. I mean, I knew the Huckster was a liar just by the way he talks (Oh yea, and seeing old video of him praising increases in taxes, etc.), but this is HORRIBLE! He releases this scumbag who any law abiding citizen would have happily shot, and he rapes and kills again! And, after the victims told him he would!

This story is truly sad...and should do Huckabee in for good!

  • Yes it is! And the idea that one would slander a Honest man like Huckabee with the lies tying him to it, is almost as bad!

  • Do you think he was being forthcoming about the rape incident? Seems like a lot of people that were there had a different version.

  • Only the democrats, that were mad that he didn't reappoint them back to the parole board!

  • I'm not sure that is where the evidence goes. I can tell you one thing, I believe in fairness, and if anyone of my friends of family did something wrong I would be the first to tell them. I do not subscribe to the notion of just defending people for political reasons. If a story tomorrow came out about Ron paul like that I would not defend him.

  • Why is Paul a kook? I mean, its okay to have an opinion, but it should be based on something substantive, not just to be mean spirited. I thank you for your openness to communicate on these issues. On the contrary I knew nothing about Paul a month ago, but with some research I have found him sane, rational, logical and completely honesty and consistent.

  • You have to ask?? look at his fringe group of groupies that follow him!

  • I follow him and I have met others that follow him too, but I am not sure what you mean by "fringe groups." I don't consider myself a fringe person. If you could elaborate a bit it would be really helpful so I can understand where you are coming from and where your anger lies. Thanks

  • I have no anger Only love and concern for my fellow man! But I am wondering by your line of questions if you are a Psychologist by profession!

  • No I am just concerned the way you are. I just don't know if staying over there will improve our relationship with these fanatics, or how we would continue to pay for this without increasing income taxes? You can't go over the limit on your credit card and think there are no consequences. Do you think our relationship would improve with them if they were here occupying us?

  • So we should give in to the bullies!

  • I am not sure that is the proper question at this point. First i think we need to understand why they are "bullies." Now if you think they are just running around attacking people for no reason then they are just bullies, but so far the evidence does not support that. They hate American involvement with Israel, with their oil, with their internal affairs, and most, the hate our military intervention over there. From that point of view, they may just be fighting back.

  • Of course they dont like all of those things, which is because it gets in their way of world domination, which is their very goal and purpose!

If you have ever studied the ideas of militant Jihad then you would understand this!

  • I know there are some very irrational people over there, but I am not convinced that they would have an axe to grind with us if it wasn't for the fact that we are interfering with their internal affairs, going after their oil, supporting Israel, and again, commit our military to covert operations and bombings. If none of the foregoing has any relevance, why didn't they attack us let's say 50-150 years ago? We were a lot freer back then and the Quoran was still in full effect.

  • 100 yrs ago they lacked the ability to attack the US. we were, however, not high on their list of priorities because the muslim world was not adopting american culture and modeling the "new muslim society" after us. most of the terrorist come from modern islamic countries expiriencing cultural rev. The mullahs preach that the "great satan" must be exterminated in order to keep their society pure.

  • Who was on their priority list back then, and at around what time frame do you think the United States became a priority?

Is it fair to infer from your post that you believe that American culture over there is a reason why they hate us?

  • western culture is transforming most muslim countries dramatically. they are eating up ganster rap and girls in bikinis. this is like the end of the world to the wahabist and proof that we are wicked and deserving of death according to the quoran. they dont hate our freedom; but rather our establishment of freedom in their lands(which includes freedom to choose western lifestyle.)

  • And you think that was the reason for 9/11? And if so, how do you account for other reports like the 9/11 Commission that it was for reasons that I have set forth?

  • dont put all of your faith in gov. commisions to find the best explanations for events. im sure 9/11 comm. has some good insight, but it is far from the complete story.look at where the terrorists came from. egypt, suadi arabia, jordan, yemen. all modernising and westernising countries.all cultures clash when they mix. add to it the tyrranical and violent nature of islam and its thats where we are.

  • I appreciate your vigorous beliefs and I am sure you will vote for whomever you think is best. All I ask is to look at Paul closer. A new scandal just came out about Huckabee and his views on people with AIDS. Paul doesn't attract the same stuff. Maybe in the coming weeks you can put the one issue aside that you disagree with him on and place a vote for freedom by voting for Ron paul =) thanks for the lively discussion.

  • i believe that ron paul is the most principalled man in congress. i have followed him for yrs. your support for him is admirable. he is a good man. i just wish he disagreed w/ my philosophy on any other matter. btw RP said he would support the fairtax hr25 if it were passed.

  • I hope you are right about Huckabee being able to resolve the middle-east conflicts, cbeause if not, we are in deep trouble. He also has to resolve how we will pay for it. In the mean time I will go with Paul who's prediction have been right on the money. =)

  • just imagine, if you will, that you are an american preacher during the 60s. imagine a wave of rebellious rock music was being introduced by muslim rockstars. the youth in your congrgation want to be like them. now imagine that on every other page of the bible says christians should kill the nonbelievers because they break gods laws. what would your next sermon be. this explains wahibian motives.

  • gold95, if RP doesnt get the nomination, do you think hell run on a 3rd party ticket? he still has a lot of money that hes not spending. if huckabee doesnt get the nomination and RP runs on a 3rd ticket i will probably vote RP.

  • No your wrong again!! back in 1784 or so Islamic terrorists captured two ships and demanded ransom monies. which we gave them! The next year the crew of captured ships were sold into slavery. by 1799 ransoms paid by the US got as high 1/7 of the national revenue! Thus the Marine cores was founded and then stormed tripoli, to put an end to it all!! So much for the end to it all! And they talked over and over but the Koran allows them to lie to us infidels all they want with out sinning!

  • I'm sorry, it was 1801 and the battle of Tripoli was a result of pirates, not Islamic terrorists. Pirates were a common problem in the middle-east at that time. That had nothing to do with the Quoran and I hope you don't believe it did. I'm not sure why you say I am wrong "again." When was a wrong before?

  • The Barbary pirates were islamics, authorized by their Koran to do what ever they willed! And yes I think they would have meet the definition of being terrorists. If you don't think that Pirates are a form of terrorist, please tell me how and why you think this. They don't have a country like modern terrorists, and they commit acts of terror!
