This show was truly unwatchable. I gave up about 3 episodes into the 2nd season.

No matter how well Islam is protrayed, the fact remains that this 'balanced' view of Muslims is hypocritical, in that Hollywood runs every script involving USAF, Navy, Army, Marines has to be vetted by the Pentagon.

The message to casual viewers: Islam=terrorism.

I'll be impressed when there is a show about Muslims that has nothing to do with terrorism, like Aliens in America, on a major network.

I wikied both and it doesn't look like they're related. Compare and see for yourself though. The resemblance is uncanny. Anyway, FYI, Ealy appears in the movie Seven Pounds starring Will Smith which opened 12/19/08.

The actor who plays the hero, Michael Ealy, bears a striking resemblance to Carl Anderson who played Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar. Anyone know if they're related? This is a great series. Each of the terrorists has a compelling need to sacrifice himself for a greater "good". Frightening.

it was shown on showtime. it was cancelled in 2006 but there were talks of bringing in all new characters for a third season.
