Non-intervention means leaving the African natural resources over there, but that would not be good for us in the West because we need the natural resources. Africa has 30% of the worlds cobalt resources, 40% of the world's phosphat, 60% of the world's diamonds, 8% of the world proved gas reserves and 10% of the world’s proved oil reserves (BP Statistical Review of World Energy). We need to actively promote massive depopulation in Africa.
I don't understand why Africa has no food. I think that deserts and never rain in Africa. why all country isn't helpful with poorly child and people ! It will became a worse flu spread in the future! Must more helpful then wont spread FLU. I wonder country will spread flu in future. In USA has more rich medical,farm land,and more! we sould give to africa then better? anyone agree with me ? sorry my alittle mistake grammer!

a better solution to the world's starving millions would be contraception, pay for the ones alive to live til the end of their natural lives but ensure those starving in inhospitable places such as deserts of africa, flood plains of asia etc don't procreate and create a future generation dependent on aid just to survive. If we control the world's population we can solve the food problems of the world, equally though we also need to get a grip of the obesity crisis in the western world.

The Famine is not caused by number of children but lack of rain and thus livestocks dying and farms drying.Since children are the most vulnerable with lack of milk they are the 1st to die after the animals.So quit talking about birth control etc and nonesense.
why do they keep on making babies when they know they cannot give them a good life? I heard someone comment that children are their retirement policies: they make as many babies as they can and even though half of the babies die, they have the other half to support them when they (the parents) get old. They obviously do not care about human life. Why expect the outside world to care about them?
@misspeckpeck It's hard to understand, i know. But if only the solution was as simple as that, then the problem would of been over years ago. I'd say the problem is the people themselves- they are in a continual cycle of corruption. Think about it, the people elect the goverment officials. But the people they select have poor backgrounds just like them so the worry that they'll eventually leave makes them become corrupt as a safe stock of resources when they leave..and they dont trust outsiders

And this was the mistake, they had a better life -> population grows -> animal population grows too -> not enough food !
