Bleach seemed better in Soul Society arc than now and I think part of it was the music involved.

The next few Arcs consisted of one or two interesting fights and it would tease viewers by just having a whole episode with a fight no one wants to see. Oh and in the first Arc, their was more fighting and less talk. I think it's getting a little better though with the current season.
