My favourite especially on days when i am too lazy too cook anything but rice and steamed vegetables. I do the same ( in terms of techniques ) as how the person does it. My Natto way ? Natto + Rice + some boiled beans ? + Beer = hahaha.

eh? I always put in the sauces before mixing the natto first. Is there a difference in taste?

mix before put the saurce in, and mix again.

I don't bother with Rice, I like natto very much, it's delicious.

But I'm Canadian, so maybe I have some different ideas about it.:)
