hello this me chef Ali butt, u made bhindi do piyaza with a quite different method wich was wrong, u have fry the bhindi and then start cooking with onion then ginger garlic paste , then tomato and fried bhindi then seasioning with salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,garam masala, coriander powder, then fresh coriander and green chilli and let it simmer for 2 minutes in low flame,if you did mind my style and prefer your own style then im sorry , for further information contact @ 00923007455837
I appreciate the gusto with which u made the bhindi!!! Dude the recipe can be hugely improved if u dont use tomato and arardana that that is text book fail in cookery!! Use AJWAIN then onions then ginger garlic and then okra!!! that how u make bhindi do pyaja . tomato cuts the sweetness of onion man!!! ne ways no offense!!
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
Hey dude your recipe is good. However u gotta clean your kitchen well, keep more cleanliness and don't use bare hands to crush something.. Pls be more hygenic.
Hi dude, tried Bhindi Do Pyaza today. Was great eventhough I couldn't get an ingredient. Great stuff, thank you very much. How come you have posted just one video?
if you're using okra that's still wet you can add 2 teaspoons of vinigar to get rid of the slime, you dont taste the vinigar and it really works great, add it after you add the okra
Super cool man... really liked it and experimented too :) .. good going man !!

hmm believe it or not, chefs use their hands to prepare food... so long as the hands are clean what's the big deal?

Also, a nice apple cider vinegar is a good souring agent. You might not need the anadarna.
