These meter reading devices are soon to be outlawed it will happen on a local level too much knowledge of the deceit and the deceitful change the laws to their advantage. Putting down the cell phone or taking the utility company to court is like asking the addicted to quit their addiction. They know it's bad for them but they HAVE to have it. We all fall down with the ignorant who feed the greedy their money in return they get one more hit.

Back in the day of the crt monitor, having my cell next to it and speakers on, I could tell before I would get a call to my cell phone, but the kicker is the sound made was the exact sound produced when testing the rf output of the ringing cell in this video.
