that cin up bar is quite dangerous for ur walls. i had that once and where u lay the top of the bar right, when u jump on the chin up bar, the weight obviously pulls it down, but because of the door frame thing, its stopping it, but slowly that weakens and deteriorates and brakes. happened to me, now i just bought a normal chin up bar from argos which u can just screw on with pins or just make it longer lengthwise and leave it between the walls so its tight. that makes it harder apparently too(:
