    As if i do my back workout first i can't concentrate 100% on my Bicep as my target is to get Bigger ARMS.. =)

  • isnt the last one more a shoulder exercice. I never see a machine ina gym ( and i was in 3 or 4 ) with this movement. I think its half shoulder half upper back.

  • When people say 3 sets, that just means for that particular exercise? generally how many exercises in a day for a specific muscle grp? i work out steadily but having a hard time finding out a good amount of exercises / set... i generally do about 10-12 sets of lets say chest for example, bench press, dumb bell flys and all sorts of variated push ups for burn out to keep proportion

  • that cin up bar is quite dangerous for ur walls. i had that once and where u lay the top of the bar right, when u jump on the chin up bar, the weight obviously pulls it down, but because of the door frame thing, its stopping it, but slowly that weakens and deteriorates and brakes. happened to me, now i just bought a normal chin up bar from argos which u can just screw on with pins or just make it longer lengthwise and leave it between the walls so its tight. that makes it harder apparently too(:
