  • I always loved Edward Bear's music. I only just remembered that he had a Xmas tune too. Great song!

  • WOW!!! I so love this song. I used to listen to this song many years ago when both my parents were still around. I was kid and had this song on tape and would listen to it in bed knowing both MOM&DAD were in next room and alive and there for me. Now years later after losing the tape and not knowing the name of the song I searched high and low for this song and I found it thanks to the poster. Now years later and Mom&Dad are both gone it makes me cry but I think of the great times. THANK YOU!!!

  • Beautiful....

  • 590 VOCM - St. John's will play this song at least 6 times a day from the time they go All Christmas on the last Monday in November till December 27th each year.

  • Heh VCS;

THANKS for a great memory by posting this jewel. BTW, do you have Edward Bear's Woodwind Song by any chance?

  • I first heard this song in the mid 70's on AM radio. I always remembered it but had not heard it recently until today. It brings back alot of memories....some good....some not so good. It's really bittersweet. The orchestral arrangement gives this piece a timeless quality. Merry Christmas to anyone who listens to this song.

  • Classic...Beautiful....I loved Edward Bear in the Super 70's...

  • Never thought I'd find this on here, but happy to finally hear it again.

  • Good Day

I have always liked this Christmas song

I hear it on many of the Southwestern AM/FM radio stations like

    1460 CJOY Guelph

    98.5 CKWR Waterloo

Not a forgotten song, by any means!

  • Great tune for Christmas, by a great singer.....Mr. Larry Evoy.

  • Back in the late 70's, CHFI radio in Toronto was the only station that would play this single by Larry Evoy. Although I spent Christmas alone in those days and for many years after, this song always made me feel that somehow, while the snow drifted down past the window of my darkened apartment, that everything would someday, be alright. Thanks for posting this rare Canadian classic and Merry Christmas

  • Wow! Thank you for sharing this song. This is one of the most interesting Christmas songs that I've ever heard. I perhaps heard it three times about forty years ago, and then nothing over all of these years. Until now. I've never forgotten it.

  • took me years to find this to can't believe it awesome

  • Love this song...bring back great memories!!!!:)

  • Took years to find this song...nice tune...

  • Never heard this before...wonderful. Larry's voice is like a Christmas bell.

  • A very nice soulful Christmas tune. Loved it when it first came out long ago. Makes me wish I was only 14 again.

  • Another great Christmas tune from you. I wish you a happy holiday season!
