Mutalord has a huge point. Havik did not care if the good guys won or if the bad guys won. He was neutral in their entire events of Mortal Kombat. He only wanted to see that chaos continue to go on and on. Even in Armageddon, Havik would only wish to see all the realms consumed in Chaos rather see them at peace or on peaceful terms.

Havik is NOT a character of evil, just chaos. I know many of you see them as equals, but a being of chaos only wants that the turmoid of life goes on, he gives a crap who wins the tournaments, he just want that there are battles to keep the chaos alive

This is a pretty good video (as are most of the other endings in this game), but here's an observation: Given the nature of most of the bad guys in the Mortal Kombat games, it seems odd that Havik wouldn't want to seize power for himself, as opposed to resurrecting another bad guy who would rule.

Why couldn't they have just let this be the canon explanation for Kahns' return? Why did they just have to go and undo some of the most kick ass plot twists in DA by saying "Oh no that wasn't Kahn, that was a clone he created while he stayed in bed and drank hot soup"

Of all the "New Generation" MK characters, I always found Havik to be one of the most creative and original. He reminds me a lot of the Dark Knight version of The Joker. He is a kind of neutral evil, and believes that there should always be anarchy and/or chaos. Totally awesome.

Havik would be The Joker and Kabal would be Two-Face (if you've seen his fatality in MK3, you know what I mean, plus both were characters who used to be good but were corrupted after a near-death, and someone convinced to cause chaos everywhere."
