  • ok, it really hurts but...if I don't really feel THAT much of a pain, like "the biggest ab burn I've ever felt"....does it mean I did something wrong?

  • @12stefy The is differant for others, everyone is unique. If you feel no pain then you might have already developed a bit of ab muscle which needs work, try doing this routine 2 time a day for 3 weeks. :)

  • @withalittlehelp15 Everyone is differant so I can't say a "perfect six pack" but yes you will more than likely have a good six pack and if you do continue this then you will have a good lower body muscle too.

  • @Abbie123169 Even if you are chuck norris, If you do this routine 25 times in a row you are likely to damage you entire lower body/stomach. :)

  • Your muscles are still in development however it should turn out fine if you do it once every other day. :) (3-5 times a week for your age)

  • @logonzales Abs do not really do much phyicly, they just look amazing and protect your lower torso.  It shouldent help you run faster however you will improve a little leg muscle while doing this. :)

  • @HypestHypeTing same here. I felt the burn for the first 2 days and know only when i work out i feel the burn but no after math. so im not sure if im doing it wrong or its not working anymore.

  • @hairshaker33 It does depend on what shape your body is in now. People will feel it sooner than others. If you already have good ab muscles then you will not feel as big a burn as other people.

  • @ZeoWorks Thank you. I probably just need to do some cardeo (excuse my incorrect spelling xD) to lose some of the weight. Although Im in pretty good shape for my age .. Anyways Thank you for the reply xD. I do feel the burn in the workout though which is good but, like I said when I'm finished my abs didnt feel the burn they did for the first 2 days.

  • @hairshaker33 If you are fit for your age then you are likely not to feel a big burn, some fit people do not feel a burn at all.

  • @TheHangmanShot They you will get it sooner than other people. I can not say a exsact number of weeks becouse I do not know much physical information about you.

  • @BUDA511 Just becouse someone plays runescape does not mean they are un-fit. Infact some of the toughest people I know play runescape. Runescape is a mmorpg to do things that you'll know you will never get to do in your real life time.

  • you need to do it quite a few times to get a good improvement, people think you will actually get a six pack in 3 minutes, haha! although after about 10 times of doing this the change is unreal.

  • @jjstoak It is best that you follow the routine.

    If you do only sit ups without leaning off your bed (Or sofa) like shown in the video,

    Your Ab muscles will not grain as much presure. The best way is the way to do it in the video. Thank you for your interest!

  • Sorry I need to correct myself I skip the shorter distance and substitute it for the regular but for the same amount of time that the shorter distance uses. Is this ok?

  • @Michaela21221 No, You NEED to do the shorter distances, If you do not then it is just like doing regular kick ups and unique sit ups. Thank you for asking your question!

  • @rickyvanhalen Yes it will work however your muscle is still in development so you may feel stronger ab burns. It also depends on your weight, your diet and the physical things you do each day. In my opinion i'd say you would get a six pack in the 3rd week, In the first week (Around 4-7 days) you would notice a two pack. In the second week you should notice a developing four pack. Hope this helps!

    1. You have just started this, you will fail some type of burn on the 2-3 day+.

    2. You could of did the previous steps wrong, Please follow the steps carefully.

    3. You may already have pre-built ab muscle so you will not feel as much ab burn as much other people do.

    4. Everyones body is differant, Some might feel ab burns slower than others.
