He's built a show car, and a pretty damn extreme and good looking one at that. Shaved panels and engine bay, euro parts, BMW X5 wheels, the bags, custom hood that only covers the very front and leaves the engine open, interior, and the motor swap. All of that was done in his garage and driveway.

You guys ALL need to stop bitching, Holy christ... The STi is a 2.5L Hence the engine code "EJ25"... I should disregard the comment "With one pipe? it'll choke that V6." But since it was so incredibly ignorant, I'll bash it, too. VR6 means V-Row Six - Also known as Staggered 6. There's only One head on a VR6 - One exhaust manifold. The dual exhaust is a Y-pipe. Which ACTUALLY takes away from back pressure which is extremely helpful in scavenging(look it up) on an NA car.

I love VW and I absolutely LOVE Subi but that certainly aint no R32 and the guy driving is terrible. It would be a close one if he were. All wheel drive automatically has the advantage on the launch but the R32 is also about 1,000 pounds lighter Then the STI. Both great cars and FUN to drive.

HAHAHA i sold my GTI for a WRX STI. your correct yes 20th edition GTI 1.8 4 cykinder 180hp not 3.2 liter VR6 AWD 237hp. and yes the 2004 model is slower 0-60 than WRX which is roughly 5.3- 5.6 where as R32 is 6.2 seconds give or take. I love R32 and Love my STI
