a) Every time you use your finger to blend you're adding your finger oils to the makeup.

b) You really shouldn't pull on the skin around her eyes like that, it will cause premature/worse wrinkles.

c) You wouldn't have clumps in her mascara if you hadn't let your first coat dry while you were talking, and then proceeded to put more on.
