  • Remove the attitude that when i see something wierd or out of place about black people I am looking for white people to qualify or give their opinion!

  • Thank you so very much. Did not think this would be on youtube. Am mot grateful.

  • stay black, sissy

  • This version is not loud enough. This sh*t needs to thump!

  • holy fuck this is awesome. fuck mtv for only playing nirvana shit and not playing this in the 90's

  • X-Clan!Keep on!RED,BLACK,AND GREEN!

  • CLASSIC OOOOOOOOOOOOOYEAH

  • The ultimate show of truly caring for each other as human beings and not out of a fetish or sticking it to their own or the other would be a Black Nationalist and a White Nationalist being together. HaHa.

  • I just don't understand how anyone can date or respect (keyword) someone who actually seems to express hatred and contempt for their own people -- themselves. If they can be such traitors to their own how could you ever trust them to not turn on you? Now .. if it's someone who just happens to like you for you and not because you are w/e color and not because they want to 'stick it to their own' race that's different. Just make sure neither of you are engaging in 'gotcha' and fetishes.

  • about J having dated a WW..

That's unfortunate but he can still theoretically be pro-Black and do so. On the other hand, that WW was probably anything but pro-White (not that many whites are regardless, but anyway..). Not saying one must be anti-White to be pro-Black or vice versa but when it comes to whites dating blacks its the white who usually turns on their own - whereas the black almost always maintains their pro-Blackness even when jumping tracks on the love train.

  • Most Fools are Afraid to Spit what Brother J does

  • brother j. don't think 106th and parkers would vote for this. and thats sad...

  • i miss hip hop being black....Peace to all the true nation

  • I remember buying their albums and feeling I had taken a journey into blackness! What a feeling that was:) Also, they were Real hardcore and their messages were heeded by me. True hip hop legends that stayed true to their beliefs!

  • your favorite rapper's, favorite rapper would piss his pants out of fear realizing how wack he is compared to brother j. one piece of advice for everyone: keep your attitude worse than an AK and vote for RON PAUL to end systematic terror, institutionalized racism, corporatist fascism and auto-tune. peace!

  • @erminization Not trying to be a pessimist, but around the time X Clan was selling tapes a man named Ross Perot was running against Bill Clinton in the early 90's election. Ross Perot dropped out of the election because his daughter's life was threatened. If Ron Paul isn't who the "Global Eltie" want in office, he's NOT getting in. I seem to recall a man named Barack Obama campaigng on the "Change We Believe In" horseshit. It's all about the New World Order. There is no hope for America.

  • @jaydog7575 This is not the same hope&change other politicians have sold us. Ron Paul's platform transcends the traditional Republicrat M.O. His unwavering stance on issues for the past 40 years speaks for itself. If he somehow falls short or gets murdered in the FUTURE this is still not an excuse to do nothing NOW. The nwo is powerless if we but pull off the veils. This is our last chance through prescribed means. Recognize it.

  • Yeah, I vaguely remember this, but when I first saw it, I was laughing so hard. It was just so dope to me. #preachon

  • flow is liquid

  • BROTHER JAY WENT HARD ON THIS VID!!!!!!!!

  • Blackman at his BEST !THIS IS RAP the REAL RAP know what I'm sayin, you feel me peeps?

  • Still banging for freedom.... no doubt.

  • FUCKING LOVE IT!!!!

  • Brother J is one of Sean Price's favorite MCs.

  • Noone flowed like this brotha- hard ass intelligent lyrics ....w/ the funk!!!!

  • Xclan is supreme.

  • @DucRacerX You know, I heard that same thing about Brother J when I was in high school 20 years ago from a girl from New York named Kim...and she said the exact same thing that you have said now. Everytime I listen to Phonte's verse on Little Brother's "The Yo-Yo", I instantly think of Brother J, LOL!!!

  • These songs aren't bad...Its just that all the lyrics can get tiresome after awhile. Its like Poor Righteous teachers, their always talking about GOD or some shit in all their songs...It gets annoying after awhile. some songs can be just flat out hardcore and badass but when you hear these same lyrics...Its like "come on man, do a song without the religious stuff".

  • @Wasp1984

    haha exactly

  • one of my favorite group, from back in the day.

  • awesome

  • Borther J Is Speaking Through Gods on The Microphone...

  • you have met the anti souljaboy!!!!!!!!!!

  • @YoungBlackStud95 Im a white boy that appreciates music of this caliber. How can you not. Lyrics and delivery of this level inspire anyone whos not a fucking idiot. No matter what the race. Oh and that "Go back to Europe" shit makes as much sense as me telling you to "Go back to Africa".

  • @dingadang Well ok? Im sure it does make as much sense(whatever that means). I say europeans shouldve stayed in europe because look what happen to the natives in america? What happend to my people in africa? What happens anywhere whereever white people go? Ohh I kno it turns into a shit hole.

Good for you you enjoy music of this caliber but don't become elvis or faggot ass vanilla ice ripping off black musicans songs then go sing it to your white friends as if you made the song.

  • WOW I DIDNT REALIZE HOW MUCH X CLAN STUCK IN MY SUBCONCIOUS MIND . BEFORE THE WU TANG~ THIS IS WHAT I WAS INTO.WE CONNECT AS ONE.KNOWLEDG IS KNOWLEDGE PEACE TO THE GODZ OF THE EARTH

  • As awful as I remember it. Ack.

  • any body peep this close to the beat from RBX Dr.Dre High Power

  • X-Clan was jackin beats like a "muthafucka".

  • @srekal88 X-Clan IS STILL AROUND. At the risk of beating a dead horse, I will say this again: I saw them in a concert back in 2006 right after they released RETURN TO MECCA (a SLAMMIN' album, by the way). They were there with Public Enemy, and Bootsy Collins. PE had just released BEATS, RHYMES, AND PLACES, as well as HOW YOU SELL SOUL TO A SOULLESS PEOPLE WHO SOLD THEIR SOUL????. The concert was BANGIN'!!!! Afterwards, I got to shake hands with everybody in PE and X-Clan. It was cool.

  • what a track.

  • I have a son comming in may. His middlename will actually be Xodus. No joke :)

  • @TheRecordead Cool. Make sure he understands what his name means so that he can build off of it.

  • I loved this song! But I used to hate seeing those rings in those brothers noses! Lol

  • X Clan was the realest!! sisssssys!!!!!

  • classic music at it's best form

  • There are no more rappers that teach, I miss the X-Clan.

  • Hip hop at its best that spoke from there heart and spit that real shit.

  • Always loved the way they used samples. DJ Mate (Master of All Thiings Electronic) and Suga Shaft (The Rhythem Provider) always hit you with a beat that was already resonating in your soul. Brother J and Professor X had two of the most distinguishable voices in rap music and were intelligent.

  • Black to the core!

  • that's t-payne's grand daddy

  • @VoodooUprising haha

  • BROTHER J IS ARTICULATE AND FLUID! HIS FLOW IS UNMATCHED IF YOU REALLY THINK ABOUT IT. HE SPITS INTELLIGENT FLOW IN WHICH HE ANNUNCIATES. TODAYS CRAPPERS GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SPEAK BROKEN ENGLISH AND SOUND STUPID AND INARTICULATE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT HIP HOP FANS WANT. YOU MUST SOUND UNEDUCATED AND DUMB TO SELL MUSIC TO MOST BLACK PEOPLE TODAY. THE TOPICS MUST BE: SEX, VIOLENCE, GETTING HIGH, DROPPING BRAND NAMES OF EVERYTHING FROM CARS TO LIQUOR, AND AFTER PARTIES. IT'S ALL THE SAME SHIT!

  • @dienglee Well said.

  • @dienglee all too true

  • @dienglee it's called Caps Lock. You should consider taking it off sometime..

  • @dienglee

    Well said brotha agreed!!

  • @dienglee it is fucked up but they gonna rap about what they think sells and since music companys push sex, violence to make money this is what we are subject to now.. BULLSHIT

  • We got sabotaged yall by yo mtv raps and BET. The cfr got shook and reacted quickly to the movement growing at that time. They coulld not have that. We went from wearing the Afrikan medallions to the diamond studded crosses sported by thugs. Think about it: PE comes out NWA comes in to check them. That's how they do for real! This is protected by the red, tha black and the green. With the key, Sissy!!!!!

  • What good are "constructive criticisms" when every time someone points out whats wrong, they are instantly labeled a "hater?" Bill Cosby was attacked for the same thing I'm doing here, calling a spade a spade. True hip-hop (rep. by X-Clan) is a spirit of intellect reflected by culture; "rap" is what you have today, commercialism, a means of making money & ego-tripping by way of vulgar rhymes & glorifying drugs, guns, and jail. Don't find yourself on the wrong side of the issue...brother.

  • Yes You are indeed correct, you will find the defenders of the watered down commercial shit they have today are rarely old enough to remember better.

  • THESE BROTHERS WERE ON IT!

Most folk don't realize how much IMAGES control REALITY... when we had Brothers doin this we had a balance in Hip-Hop!

  • Nice song to follow their debut song "Fire and Earth' now that song is Deep. I really miss X-Clan and RIP Professor X and do anybody know where Brother J is doing these days as well as the rest of the X-Clan group?

  • "Fire And Earth" was not their single debut, but merely the 1st single for their second lp release,'Xodus'.

Today,J has resumed recording as X Clan with a new line-up of producers and dancers from Project Blowed & Dark Sun Riders. They have an '07 release.

  • They have a new album called "Mainstream Outlawz" released this year I bought it 3 weeks ago.

    It's DAMN GOOD!!!!!!!!

    Peace!
