Great to hear you went on to "A". I've jumped Mesquite before. I was warned to stay away from the golf course. HAHA, I was one of two on that load that DIDN'T land on the greens. Great fun and I knew the plane as it is the same one I trained in, in Washington.
It was IN-FRICKIN-SANE! I was nervous, because I hadn't jumped out of the 182 before, so my exiting arch was weak. The only signal he had to give me was relax. I landed on my butt instead of my feet. But no ones first jump is perfect, right? I passed everything else with flying colors. On to the next level!

I didn't get a video, but I'm going to tape my graduation jump, so stay tuned. Once I have more jumps, you'll have to come visit and show me a thing or two! =D
Thanks, that would be cool. Let me know when you are coming up. This weekend I'll be learning how to turn, I AM SO EXCITED! Dallas and Allister are going to tape my graduation jump in a few weeks. That will be fun. :)
Just did my AFF 6 on Saturday. 90 and 180 degree turns. It went really well, and I passed! This weekend is 360 turns and forward motion. Every jump I see myself getting better and more comfortable. I love it!
You're right, it is the most awesome feeling. 3 more jumps until I can start working on my A alone. I can't wait. I think my first jump after AFF will probably be my best one because I will really have my freedom then.
I did check out most of your videos. It's funny seeing people I recognize in them. That was a sick malfunction you had, haha. This guy Jeff had to cutaway last weekend. We found him way over on the other side of the golf course, haha.

Mesquite is my favorite place to skydive. I moved away 20 days before you jumped. Looks like I missed out on a great boogie. Are you going back?

I plan on driving through mesquite a few times this year. I definitely plan on jumping.
If I see you I'll jump with you.
Good luck on your next jump. IT'S COOL WHEN YOU START LEARNING TO TURN.

That's awesome. I totally remember that feeling. The excitement and freedom etc.
Did you check out my videos? MOST of them are from the skies above mesquite.
