Cool! Is the ex-C&NW main still used west of Altoona? Or does the UP get to the twin cities via Wyeville and the CP. Thanx fur sharin'! 5 thumbs up!
The ex-C&NW main Union Pacific owns and still uses west to the twin cities out of Altoona. They just upgraded the track to all welded rail a year ago. UP only goes to tunnel city on the CP. UP goes up to Superior via Canadian National at Necedeh.

Thanks! I just heard a tunnel collapse on the C&NW main put it out of use.
