Honestly, the third judge is an idiot. Most of the African American jurors were removed because they either heard Jamal's radio show and therefore were biased about the case, or becuase they did not believe in the death penalty and in a capitol case where the death penalty is sought, they could not serve on the jury. Race had nothing to do with it, it's a soory excuse to make people feel bad, but it's not working.
