i have a question. whenever i use liquid eyeliner before my mascara, it beeds down to my eyelashes and messes them all up to the mascara barely works...how do you get the eyeliner to not effect your eyelashes?

What do you mean? There was nothing wrong with what I said.....people wear makeup to cover things up. For example, a person with dark circles will use some kind of makeup to cover up the dark spot just like people with blumishes.
