they gave me serapx,,, i never took any but i kept them with me at all times,,,and i was relieved each attack to know that they were there if i really did need them.. and knowing that it made me calmer and enabled me to use the abdomen breathing technique much mroe effective.

nice vid, i take only Vilift for my anxiety and it really stopped them from coming. it's the best.
