What you're quoting from was the Occupy Demands created by a small group of protesters called "the working group on the 99% Declaration", which was released in October. I hadn't seen those demands and I'm rather skeptical of them, personally. I've visited the page of the group who wrote them. They appear to be only a single group within the Occupy protest.
