FYI: Bob had skin cancer first on his big toe.  It wouldn't heal and when he had it looked at it was diagnosed as cancer and amputation of the toe was recomended, he refused. He went several years without having it treated until he collapsed in NYC. The cancer by then was in his brain, lungs and kidneys. You know the rest... Sad but true.
