  • This is no predator drone, so give me one good reason for using this? If it falls, you can't just pick it up. Same goes for charging and maintaining the device.

  • @lceus Disposable recon drone?

  • Not that anyone actually needed this. Except people who want to fight other people in suburbia.

  • This a Parrot AR.Droneb over two years old! youtube.com/watch?v=nTANIsU65UE

  • A big push, but pointless. We're gonna use an unmanned aircraft defending our safety with a glitchy, crippled device like a smart phone? I guess we can do anything with iPhones...

  • interesting.

  • This is awesome!! The potential uses of this system in the Military, Police, and certain areas of Border patrol surveillance applications is tremendous. I congratulate the MIT students and Boeing for their teamwork. I do have a question though. By telling us all about it aren’t you also opening your doors (or the U.S.’s) to our traditional spies?

  • @SOYDEMISIONES Spies don't need doors dude :)

And, btw, why hiding? This can save lives in ares struck by earthquakes, post-storm areas etc... It's not necesary to use all of technology for damn military purposes. Peace :)
