@PortPowerPersia no they don't. i thought so too so i checked and Donny is voiced by a guy named Sam Regal and Leo is voiced by a guy named Mike Sinterniklaas. and just for future reference, Raph is voiced by Frank Frankson, who also has two different names, Greg Abbey, which is his real birth name, and John Campbell and Mikey is voiced by Wayne Grayson.

Here is what I don't understand. Now in the old ones they came from a turtle farm and became brothers because of a pet shop. BUT in the 2007 movie Mikey made a joke about Donnie's mom to which Don replied, "That would make her your mom too doofus". So are they related by blood or not?

the funny thing about this episode is that this isn't the first time casey and turtles met. in the episode the lesson. the turtles tell april about the time they tried to teach martial arts to a boy when they where little, and that boy was casey jones. he even got the goongala from the turtles not the exact word though, but that episode tells alot about casey and the turtles.
