Mr. Potato Head will also be a "living character".
Similar to Crush in Turtle Talk, or more specifically in this case, like Roz in the Monsters Inc ride.
He will be able to point out people like "You in the red"

...I'm assuming that this video was taken on the same day that it was uploaded. Is that correct?
Also, I'm assuming that it was early in the day when this video was taken, and that Potato Head was not out the whole day.
Because lately, I've been visiting Paradise Pier fairly late in the day, and the walls have always been up around him.
