Channa dal - 1/2 cup Soaked for 1 to 2 hrs Green chillies - 4 Ginger - 1/2 inch Clove - 2 Cinnamon - 1 Coriander leaves - 3 stems Rice flour - 1Tbs Salt to taste Oil to fry Set aside 1 tbs of channa dal Whisk Channa dal,Green chillies,Ginger,Clove,Cinnamon and Coriander leaves in blender coursely.. then add salt rice flour & channa dal ..heat oil to fry..make small ball.. slightly press them with your three fingers.. and drop them in oil.. fry to golden brown..
