i thing mh3 is a realy good game, because the gameplay are realy good, the monster looks cool and be (often) strong, but the one thing, that i love in MH3 are the beautiful areas. Take your time sometimes and look at the world.

@urRuffy God of War LOL. I love battling him repel of not, hes still fricken fun. When I first fought him, or saw the picture in the quest I was like :( But after the battle my face went from that to this :D. That shows just how much fun you can have in this game.

Are you guys idiots? Frontier will probably be THE best MH game. It has one important thing that other MH games do not have. It is being updated every time, patches, new monsters, new armor, weapons and all that. You'll probably never get bored because new monsters are coming out everytime.
Also, Graphics=/=Good game. If you want graphics, go buy a PS3 and watch Blu-ray, it's the gameplay that matters.

Also MH didn't benefit from graphics. It benefited from gameplay.
The gameplay made the game good. Graphics are nothing.

@o3killu Dude, i didn't mean for their time. you can't say graphics don't matter shit, cause sales seem to be influenced by them pretty much. Monster Hunter is about a world where you hunt monster (orly?) with your friends. If the monsters look sucky, and the area designs look like the programmer was drunk while making it, the game just doesn't draw you in. MH3 drew me in, cause of the incredible gameplay, great multiplayer and gorgeous graphics.

@o3killu i wasn't saying it was about the graphics. if mh3 had been ugly, nobody would play it online (like playing at 03:00 trying to find someone to fight ala) i mean, if you had to choose between ugly mh and beautiful mh, you pick the latter right? don't underestimate the supplementary effect of graphics. Nobody looks at ugly chicks IRL right? Works about the same with games. Even if something is REALLY NICE you might not appreciate it if it's ugly.

There were about 50 dudes left at 4:00 on the EU server, couldn't fight anyone to play with (there was this one group that told me to leave when i died 2 times in the first 15 minutes, drunken gaming ftw) And if i don't understand what you mean, then explain.

@o3killu I agree 100% as a game art and animation major, you tend to see how graphics dont really make a good game, hell take a look back at the Original super mario games, 16 bit graphics (may be wrong on that) but i can still go back and enjoy it the same amount if not more than devil may cry, tekken. It all a matter of perespective, some people like their shiny games, I prefer gameplay, what good is a pretty game if it plays like shit?
