  • main street singers do it better ....actually the new main street sigers do it better than the old main street singers ..i really like the new main street singers more than i even like old main street singers - but both are good . Eqaully ....i cannot spell equally .

  • my girlfriend will probably spit on this cover, but I love it :) Great job!!

  • Whats funny is how much more powerful lyrics become when you can hear them clearly... I mean I listen to death metal but I also usually end up sitting around reading the lyrics to most songs eventually so i end up "getting" it so to speak... but it amazes me how many people sing the wrong lyrics along with their "favorite" songs and they have been hearing that song for over 20 years

  • EXCELLENT!!!!!!!!!

  • 1:05 reminded me of toy stroy 2

  • Imgur anyone?

  • This is true BULLSHIT. MY BALLS COULD PLAY AND SING THIS BETTER. Though I do like the rest of their songs

  • @freyiscool well, your left ball must be jeff hanneman, and your right one simen hestnaes. If you don't know who those are, look them up. but this is good

  • American by birth.

Southern by the grace of god.

  • how can ANYONE hit the dislike button on this??? I hate you bastards

  • I'll bet Ozzy loves this cover.

  • I wanna see Ozzy try "Rocky Top".........

  • Finally, I can understand the lyrics. :)

  • Muito bom Good, Perfect.

  • They sure did it! I also think that this might be the best Crazy Train cover, not sure though cause I haven't heard all the covers.. However, nobody's gonna even touch Randy's Train...

  • At 0:29 I just smiled :D

  • Freakin awsome

  • Freakin awsome

  • Who are the 43 turd burglars who didn't like this?

  • I am beyond amazed! I have been a musician for over 25-year and when a song moves me (especially a cover), that is impressive. Randy Rhodes would be proud of this cover! Crazy Train was Randy Rhodes best masterpiece and this is an unbelievable tribute to that!

  • this fucking great!!!!!!! AWESOME

  • LOVE this! Amazing...

  • never knew Chuck Norris could play bluegrass..

  • It's things like this can really brighten your day!

  • I crossed my fingers and hoped, and they blew it away.

  • Wow, that totally worked!

  • When it comes to music, I like my grass blue and my metal black!

  • Wtf

  • My jaw literally dropped. Holy crap...this is awesome and I honestly don't like bluegrass.

  • @Stupidityofallmen Same here, man. Before this, the only bluegrass I could tolerate was John 5's BG Tendencies in his solo work.

  • There are few sounds on Earth more beautiful than harmonic bluegrass vocals.

  • Fucking Awesome!

  • crazy train just sounds amazing with almost any genre style cover.

  • @noobyalert1 Not, true. Crazy Train's chord progression just happens to lend itself nicely to Bluegrass.

  • @kc8ntp agreed

  • better then the original

  • o_O....WOW...didnt expected this....it's just AWESOME!

  • Randall Rhodes on banjo...

  • @nirvanafighters1224

I watched one of their live versions of this and the solo is actually done by the mandolin player. haha fingers flyin everywhere.

  • awesome

  • That is just awesome. Pure awesome.

  • fucking incredible. so much respect for this as an ozzy fan and im sure he'd appreciate an effort like this.

  • very cool

  • this is the best thing ever! ridiculously wonderful!

  • @tpain2345 i can respect that

  • SUCKS! it really sucks, i dont like it ... but you like it i dont care.

  • Despite of what it reads I believe this was the original format of the song.

  • Amazing

  • Amazing

  • i tihnk i like this just as much, if not more than the original!

  • This made me ovulate.

  • Imagine ozzy joint this band ;D

  • nice (Y)

  • CHECK OUT THEIR ALBUMS "FADE TO BLUEGRASS"...GREAT METALLICA COVERS.

  • i may be doing a collab bluegrass song with these guys in the near future! i am excited

  • dude... how come that Iron Horse is not on a world wide tour, like, forever? Bluegrass should be spread open and widelly!

  • For a bluegrass fan and a metal fan, why i do declare the greatest thing i have ever heard, i mean i wish they did every song, this makes me want to be in a bluegrass band , which one day will come true!

  • this is fucking amazing, Iron Horse Rocks....

  • this mans are insane dude....liked....

  • Type PRIZE before youtube and hit enter

  • LMAO!!!!!! @ MykeMetylll

  • "Alls they sings abouts is trains" - Skwissgaar

  • @MykeMetyll “Trains don’t gots no good metals to listens to”

  • Great solo.

  • I don't even like Bluegrass,

And this is still by far the best Crazy Train cover in existence,

    Bravo my good sirs, bravo

  • @OriginalityImpaired Keep listening to stuff like this and soon you'll love the sound of a banjo everywhere you hear it.

  • @OriginalityImpaired 100% agreed! =D

  • Just goes to show that if the tune is right, a song will sound good in ANY genre.

  • @HowlingWolf518 Just goes to show that if the genre is right, ANY song will sound good.

  • @HowlingWolf518 Unless its bagpipes. Lots of songs sound bad on the bagpipes.

  • @HowlingWolf518 ... Actually it goes to show that if you know how to arrange a song, you can fit it seemlessly into your style of music. Another band that does this ingeniously is Dixie Hayseed. Check out some of theirs (bohemian rhapsody, etc.)

  • @mineking11 Hayseed Dixie

  • @HowlingWolf518 Any song will sound good as a bluegrass version anyway. =P

  • makes me wanna clog...and bite off a bat's head

  • 33 people got on the wrong train

  • ALways liked this song. I like this cover of it, gives it a whole new life.

  • what a shit-country Ozzy...

  • Why?? Why I like this??

    Simply awesome.

  • i agree

  • OMG...EPIC.... IRON HORSE RULES!!!!! :D :D

  • in the beginning the was celtic folk music. move it to the holler and you get bluegrass. add electricity and you get punk/metal. add speed to that and you get thrash. it's all from the same root, so WHY HATE?

  • this suddenly sound medieval times.

  • the bass at he start is damned impressive

  • CRAZY-HORSE TRAIN-IRON!

  • Aweseome dude, thanks for posting. i love bluegrass and bloody love ozzy!!

  • HAHAHAH this almost ruined the song for me

  • 601 baby boy.....Your true uselessness is showing. If you would just open up once. You would find a world filled with a plethora of new opportunities.

Good luck staying in your hole. How is Palin doing?

  • ive fallen in love with blue grass thanks to jack white and wayfaring stranger.. mmm this music gets ya right in the gut an makes ya wana move and sing along.. love it

  • i wish i had a banjo...

  • i dont even know i found yall........but yall fuckin rock........instrumental and vocals rock.......damn im drunk........im jealous of yalls tallent......

  • lame

  • Man this is so fucking cool, I play this tune on guitar all the time and this version is really fucking far out. Whoever is singing has a killer voice and the banjo player is on fire. Love it. Now do "Shot in the Dark" :)

  • After watching some Lamb Of Gom music, I decided to come to one of these videos. I need an unwinder before I can appreciate this music, I need something in between... does sound cool though.

  • amazing :)

  • his vocals are really amazing :O

  • that's cool as hell

  • Hell I like this version better than the original!

  • Randy or Zakk playing a bango or a mandolin...LOL Now that's funny I don't care who you are!!!! BTW

I have the CD.....all the tunes are very cool versions of the orginals!!!

  • @jamesskb Already done dude :)

Check Zakk Wylde's Pride n' Glory.

    The Hammer and the Nail

    Loosing your mind

On those 2 songs Zakk is playing banjo. Enjoy !

  • i like this version. hats all im going to say. \m/

  • Dont give up on shit i love metal im in a deathcore band and i love blue grass so much that i just started one this version is awesome and just another way for folks to pay tribute to the ozzman and randy

  • i just gave up on the world.......

  • Ok so i grew up with bluegrass and sometimes i felt like i was the only one my age who actually loved this type of music however you guys have took it to a new and amazing level. Congrats.

  • The only thing that would make this better is having Zakk Wylde do the solo. RIP Randy Rhodes

  • brutal,ikaragarria

  • This is hilarious but in it's own way actually really good!!

respect to these guys, if i played bluegrass I wouldn't even go near this song!!

  • Just to show you how universally Americana this music is, the guy who introduced me to Iron Horse was Philly born-&-bred, and ironically I'm from Oklahoma and had never heard of them... even if you're metal to the core, but you can't deny how well this band shreds the classics on the banjo! Love it!

  • i love metal and bluegrass, i know kinda odd, but this does sound great!!! and the Metallica covers as well

  • This is hilarious.

  • I'm a 100% metal lover

but this is the best cover in my opinion

  • I bet ozzy might of even dig this version! it's amazing if you ask me!

  • Great! (Owes Ozzy XD!(almost))

  • sooooooooooo good !!

  • Ah the Banjo. call it Hillbilly, Redneck, or what have you. Its Glorious!

  • This is amazing. I've been an OZZY fan my whole life and this is a great tribute.

  • holy shit this is awesome!!!!!! oh my god!

  • I love metal, and I think theese guys make awesome covers, genius!

  • fantastic cover!!!!!

  • @Cheesecakemilitia2 i usually don't stoop to shit like this, but i'm eating pizza and don't want to think through an intelligent response.

    so, without further ado:

    You are a faggot.

  • @Cheesecakemilitia2 your a fucking dumbass look outside the box for once you moron

  • The solo IS a mandolin. The banjo and mandolin are both featured instruments in bluegrass.

The finger picking is banjo, the single picking/strumming is mandolin.

  • I like it, but the lead singer is WAY outside of his vocal range.

  • epic win!

  • such a great solo

ozzy's crazy train is the best but this is great too :D

  • Great cover, but I think the combinition of 'Deliverance' banjo and metal is what made it so disturbing.

  • i love this cover of crazy train

  • @YouAreAllPussies Hate to break it to you but it is Banjo, there is Mandolin in the background but the main one you hear this time is Banjo.

  • Not bad at all...

  • I'm a big metal fan but you gotta love when people do covers in different styles. I mean this rocks I would love to see them live. come on guys come to glasgow

  • I love Bluegrass, love Metal, love Ozzy.... I LOVE THIS COVER

  • @YouAreAllPussies sorry mate, but im fraid he's right, thats a banjo. mandolin makes a completely different sound/tone.

  • This has to be my favorite cover by Iron Horse....I've never heard it and can't stop listening to it! Thanks for posting!

  • the best country song .... is a metal song? hmm! nice!

  • Hey Deck you might wanna check yourself, before sabbath was sabbath, they were called Earth, and guess what they played?..Bluegrass and Blues.

  • @MrBamaboy1212 Actually, they played bluesy jazz, according to Tony Iommi.

  • this is good, however if you got a kick outta this search davis west's pickin on hendrix, the transcriptions are a lot more accurate to the original

  • This is cool as shit! I like this its awesome.
