I love how he twitches his eyes at 0:54, 1:12 and 1:27 and the giggles of his co-actress :) So brilliantly subtle of Peter Sellers. I can only imagine that he must have based this on acquaintances or stereotypical French playboys of that time.

I dunno? I feel that the new Inspector Clouseau has been 'dumbed down' .

Funnier still when Dreyfus later calls and asks:"Monsieur Gadbois??" out of utter disbelief and then gives Clouseau a clue who he is talking to.

I saw this in Montreal when I was 12, It stuck with me over the years so I decided to make Guy Gadbois the lead singer in my band, 34 rears later.
