I think it's because she knows most people won't understand the technical terms like "peripheral heart action" and "metabolic training" etc. Some people know what these terms mean but most people don't which is why she probably feels weird using these fancy terms.

She actually seems like really cool person, fun, energetic, and very decent.
She is actually really amazing. The more you see her and the more you learn about her, you will find that she has her reasoning behind screaming at the contestants which I could go into for hours and hours because I understand and know her methods (feel free to msg me if you want a more indepth response) but she's really more like the person you see on this show or you'll hear on her radio show on KFI. She is truly an amzing person.
